It is the last place to grab a bite until Akeley on 64. My daughter said it was the best grilled cheese she had ever had. I had one of the worst patty melts I have ever had. The bread, cheese, and onions we're fine. The patty itself was cooked to an inch of it's life. Charred about 1/8 in in from the edge, overdone dry and tasteless. The fries were good.
Great hometown cafe with kind service. Breakfast was solid...and wish more joints offered sourdough bread like these kind folks.
Came in not expecting much, but the service was amazing. There was no one there at the time due to coming in an hour before closing. Food came fast. Waitress was nice. And food was very good
